Frequently Asked Questions
How do I connect to NetSuite?
Go to Settings and enter your NetSuite account credentials including Account ID, Token ID, Token Secret, and Restlet URL. You'll need to set up token-based authentication in NetSuite first.
What data can I analyze?
Pullsar can analyze invoices, vendor bills, customers, vendors, and subsidiaries from your NetSuite system. This includes aging analysis, balance summaries, and financial trends.
How often should I sync data?
Data sync frequency depends on your business needs. For active businesses, daily or weekly syncs are recommended. You can run manual syncs anytime from the Sync page.
Is my data secure?
Yes, your data is processed securely. NetSuite credentials are stored locally in your browser, and all API communications use secure protocols. No data is stored on external servers without your consent.
Can I export my analysis results?
Yes, you can save important analysis results as reports and export them as JSON files. Use the bookmark feature in chat responses to save them to the Reports page.

If you're having trouble connecting to NetSuite or the backend API:
